Our Story
At Sabor Inka, we specialize in homestyle Peruvian cuisine, offering family-style meals inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Chimbote, a coastal town in the Ancash region, north of Lima, Peru. Our dishes are rooted in generational cooking that has been passed down through the Lopez Rosales family for decades.
Our Journey
Our journey began in April 2010 when a family realized they had a passion for sharing their heritage with others. This passion was instilled by Chef Dominga (Chumi) Lopez Rosales whose culinary talents were taught & passed down through her own experiences growing up. Of her 12 children, one stood out with a deep love for cooking, often following her mother to the market & staying by her side in the kitchen. Today, that dedication continues with the family recipes that grace our guests’ tables.
