At Sabor Inka, we specialize in homestyle Peruvian cuisine, offering family-style meals inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Chimbote, a coastal town in the Ancash region, north of Lima, Peru. Our dishes are rooted in generational cooking that has been passed down through the Lopez Rosales family for decades.

Our journey began in April 2010, when a family realized they had more than just delicious food—they had a passion for sharing their heritage with others. This passion was instilled by Chef Dominga (Chumi) Lopez Rosales, whose culinary talents were taught and passed down through her own experiences growing up. Of her 12 children, one stood out with a deep love for cooking, often following her mother to the market and staying by her side in the kitchen, eager to learn. Today, that dedication continues with the family recipes that still grace the tables of our guests at Sabor Inka.

For over a decade, we’ve been serving the Gwinnett County and Metro Atlanta area the authentic flavors of Peru, introducing local diners to the vibrant and diverse tastes of our homeland. Whether you’re enjoying lunch or dinner, we offer a variety of traditional dishes that highlight the best of Peruvian cuisine.
