 Sabor Inka is a homestyle Peruvian restaurant that specializes in serving family-style cuisine inspired by generational cooking and the abundant traditions of  Chimbote located in the region of Ancash, north of Peru’s capital Lima bordering the Pacific Ocean. 

Our doors opened in April 2010, when a family realized that they had more than just good food and became inspired to share it with others. They specialize in a cuisine that they grew up around their whole lives. A gift and a talent that was passed down through generations of cooking and tradition inspired and taught by Chef Dominga (Chumi) Lopez Rosales. Out of the 12 children that Chumi had, one stood out with passion and would always follow mom to the market and never leave her side in the kitchen with a willingness to learn and help in any way that she could. To this day the family recipe that has been passed down for many years is still being shared with our guests here at Sabor Inka.

For more than ten years we have served delicious and traditional Peruvian meals to our customers and we invite you all to come and try a taste of Peru!  Our menu has a variety of delicious options to choose from and has helped introduce Gwinnett County, Georgia and the Metro Atlanta area to what Peruvian cuisine is all about.
